Children in the Shadow
Anxiety is the most common mental health diagnosis in children and adults. Those diagnosed are often in the shadow of others who are more outgoing. Therefore, we may be unaware of their anguish. This session examines the childhood fears, sensitivities and anxieties that may interfere with learning and maximizing full potential.
