Teen/Adult Parkour Class

Join other teens/adults with Down syndrome to try out a class in parkour! Parkour is the art of moving through the environment in a fluid, efficient manner. It is a combination of physical training discipline and play- parkour often increases confidence, community, and creativity. DSANV is teaming up with PKMove, a non-profit organization.
