Improving Care for Older Adults through Interprofessional Education (Afternoon session)
Join us for a FREE CEU program designed to facilitate better patient care through coordination and cooperation between professionals. 2.5 continuing education credits will be provided to RNs, LSW, LISWs, SWAs, Pharmacists, and Physicians . Breakfast will also be provided.
