Mental Health During Pandemic Times-Tri-C Western Campus

The concept of mental health and wellness will be discussed, acknowledging the impact of the pandemic on staff and students, including vicarious trauma and burnout. Using a trauma-informed lens, participants will learn about the importance of self-regulation and relationship in helping others manage stressful situations.
