Understanding Specific Learning Disabilities

In order to be successful, students with learning disabilities (LD) need to learn to be strategic learners/thinkers. Participants will develop an understanding of learning disabilities & common characteristics associated w/LD. We will explore strategies for support & will discuss the need for academic & environmental accommodations & modifications.
