Challenging Behaviors at School: Functional Behavior Assessments & Behavior Intervention Plans

What is an FBA? Does my child need one? FBA/BIPs are formal ways for parents, teachers, & other professionals to work together to determine the best way to support a student who has significant behavioral difficulties at school. Participants will explore components of an FBA/BIP, basic principles of behavior, & discuss related NYSED regulations.
