9th Annual Voices of Change Conference: Secondary Transition Parent/Caregiver Session

The Parent/Caregiver Session is just for parents and caregivers of students with disabilities! Learn how to prepare for life after school and how to support your student to successfully transition into employment, education, and independence. There will be an opening session, lunch and breakout sessions to give families resources and guidance!
