The VDOT Erosion and Sediment Control Certification Class (ESCCC) certifies an individual to act as a certified Erosion and Sediment Control Contractor in accordance with VDOT Road and Bridge Specifications on VDOT Projects or on jobs located in VDOT easements or right-of-ways.
