Everyone with Diabetes Counts - Diabetes Empowerment Education Program Peer Educator Training
Join our three day training in February 15-17, 2016 to become a Peer Educator for the Diabetes Empowerment Education Program (DEEP), part of Everyone with Diabetes Counts, at no cost to you. This training will prepare you to deliver an evidence-based, diabetes education curriculum developed at the University of Illinois-Chicago.
