The Foundation of CCMS and the American SIDS Institute invite you to their Social Fundraiser on Saturday, April 8th. Enjoy refreshments & hors d'oeuvres hosted by Carls Patio North Naples, and help raise funds for healthcare student scholarships and SIDS research. Suggested minimum donation is $50 per person.
