Workshop-Parents Involvement in Special Services

This workshop will provide families with an introduction to their rights and responsibilities as parents of children with disabilities, based on the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. Parents will discuss some of their dreams and goals for their children, gain knowledge about the special services process, and learn advocacy strategies.
