Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) with Lorrie Brubacher
Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) extends Dr. Sue Johnson's model of Emotionally Focused Therapy to work with individuals. EFIT is a short-term approach that applies attachment theory to help individuals improve their emotional well-being and relationships.
