Fit for Summer 6-Week Program

Join the 6-week "Fit for Summer" program to get on the right track for a strong, fit, and healthy summer! Our program is a mixture of high-intensity workouts combined with a structured Nutrition Challenge for maximized fat burning and muscle building! Workouts will consist of strength & cardio and Nutrition Challenge will keep you on track daily!
