White Stag Sierra - Phase 3 Troop Leadership Development Program

Our 2018 camp is from July 8-14 at Camp Robert Cole in the spacious Tahoe National Forest, next to Lake Sterling. Youth 15-17 usually attend Phase 3 Troop Leadership Development. In this program, you learn the skills of a large group leader leading small teams. You practice leadership skills at the highest level in a high-adventure setting.
