Youth Mental Health First Aid is an evidence-based program that teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of addiction and mental illnesses and substance use disorders in adolescents (ages 12-18). This virtual training will give you the skills to reach out and provide initial support to young people. This is a free course.
