Please join DOE, NREL, and PNNL as they kick off efforts to categorize and benchmark soft costs associated with distributed wind systems. This will be an interactive session with industry and stakeholder feedback on definitions of the soft costs as well as thoughts on the opportunities to reduce soft costs.
