Workshop: NJ LSRP Program Implications for Legal & Environmental Insurance Professionals

This workshop will educate attendees on the implications of this process for insurance companies, responsible parties, & attorneys. Speakers will provide an overview of licensing requirements for LSRPs, their code of ethics, differences between LSRPs’ closure strategies & remedial approaches, & NJDEP’s RAO process.
