A weekend qigong retreat to nature in the hills of western Massachusetts. We will help you learn how to practice Dragon & Tiger qigong to help you connect to the energies of Earth and Summer. We'll focus on helping you learn to feel for and express Summer's upward and outward energies, and to open your heart, the organ center associated with them.
