Caltrans & industry stakeholders have collaborated in developing new specifications for the use of Statistical Pay Factors on Hot Mix Asphalt projects. This training has been jointly developed by Caltrans and industry to cover spec changes, terminology, measuring quality, incentives & disincentives, inspection & acceptance considerations.
