Kaiser Permanente San Jose and Santa Clara are proud to present our 2018 Seeds of Hope. Please join us for a free, fun day for the entire family. This year we are focusing on the mental and emotional wellness for those in the cancer care community. There will be workshops, wellness activities, educational booths, kids fun zones, and more!
