Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara & San Jose present the 10th Seeds of Hope - Cancer Survivors Day. Join us for a free, fun day for the entire family. This year our theme is Eat Well, Heal Well, Live Well with Food as Medicine educational sessions. There will be a focus on cancer prevention & rehabilitation with educational booths and a kids fun zone!
