EMS Academy Application
Apply now for the Citizens Memorial Hospital's EMS Academy. Classes meet Monday and Wednesday from 6 - 10 p.m., Sept. 7, 2016 - March 8, 2017. Tuition is $600 and includes textbooks, online access codes, polo shirts, and testing fees (does not include re-testing fees). Refundable $50 application fee is due at time of application.
