Sept. 9, 2019 Health Balance Cooking Class

Topic: "Slow Down with the Slow Cooker." This FREE class is held the 2nd Monday of every month from 5 - 6 p.m. in CMH Community Rooms, 1500 N. Oakland, Bolivar. The class focuses on healthier eating habits. Participants will receive nutrition information and tips, samples of food prepared and a chance to win a door prize.
