Risk Management Training - Convergence of Risk Management and Information Technology
Information Technology (IT) Projects are getting exponentially larger, more complex and therefore riskier. This requires a new paradigm in managing the risks (known/unknown) in these projects. The new paradigm must involve considerations of the risk management discipline, integrated into the design, development, and execution of IT projects.
