Yoga for Kids

Yoga is a fun, safe way for kids to build strength, flexibility and confidence. Yoga is also about breathing, which helps kids learn how to calm their body and refresh their mind. Each session will include snack time, warm-up games, yoga adventure, relaxation and reflection activity.
