Please join us for Hemophilia Vertical, indoor rock climbing at the Mesa Rim climbing gym in Sorrento Mesa! Taking place every Wednesday thru December 14, 2016, 6:30-8:30pm. Rock climbing has shown to increase range of motion and overall health of joints come out and test for yourself!
