Transition Training for Parents and Professionals with Massachusetts Advocates for Children

This online training will address the transition planning and services required for youth with disabilities between the ages of 14-22. The training will focus on both the transition special education services which prepare young people for employment, and living and education post high school. Adult services options will also be discussed.
