The Center for Rural Culture is happy to present the return of their Homesteading Series Classes with Tomato Canning! If you're new to the whole canning thing, we'll get you started. We'll have all the equipment needed there in the kitchen. You'll learn what equipment you'll need at home and be given recipes as well!
