Beginners Homeschool Karate
8 week course, Thursday mornings. Ages 5 to 8 at 10:00 am Ages 9 and up at 11:00 am Course focus will be on basic technique, self-defense, strength & cardiovascular conditioning. Character Building: confidence, integrity, courtesy, perseverance, respect & self-control. New Healthy Habit each month! Registration IS required!
