Prenatal Exercise Class - March 1 - April 5 - Advanced Physical Therapy

The women’s health physical therapists at Advanced Physical Therapy, who have specialty training in exercising through pregnancy, have developed a safe and effective program to help moms-to-be participate in continuing their physical fitness. This is a 6 week class - March 1st - April 5th Classes held on Thursdays from 6:45-7:45pm
