Dementia Care Consortium August 2015 Meeting

The Dementia Care Consortium (DCC) is a professional networking group. Attendees will hear from Robin Stocksdale, MSW, LCSW-C, CT on the topic of end of life, hospice and grief. The meeting will give people the opportunity to share updates with colleagues and tour the community at Maples of Towson.
