Introduction to Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a way of paying attention in the present moment on purpose and without judgment. Through the use of formal and informal practices we can train our minds and develop this kind of awareness. This series will help you learn more about various mindfulness practices. You may experience improved blood pressure, attention, and well-being.
