Mindful Parenting Workshop at Little Haiti Cultural Center

The intention and invitation of this workshop is for parents and caregivers to develop a mindfulness practice for themselves. Developing our own innate qualities of awareness and compassion is fundamental to providing the most precious gift we can give our children, our full presence, in the moment.
