Mindfulness Community Class for Adults March 16 2019

Mindfulness teacher, Martha Holmes, will lead this months practice on Working with Difficult Emotions. Explore how we view difficult emotions, how they manifest in our lives, and how to deal with them in a mindful way. A $10 donation will support Mindful Kids Miami Programs.
