14-week (MBST) Wednesdays at Excel Kids Academy

Starting with exploring the themes and elements of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction that support that foundation. Then continuing to support the participants personal practice while incorporating the full 8-week Mindfulness Teacher Training Program (MTTP).
