Closing Health Gaps in Southeast Ohio

This regional forum, hosted in Athens, will discuss Ohio’s overall health status, greatest health challenges and health disparities and inequities experienced by populations across the state. A list of evidence-informed strategies to address health disparities and inequities will also be shared, followed by a panel discussion with local experts.
