We are honored to have PA Supreme Court Justice Debra Todd as our featured guest for the 21st Century Leadership Circle Fall Reception. Members of the Leadership Circle are Democrats who pledge to donate $250 annually to the Centre County Democratic Committee. The group was started in 2011 to support the local Democratic Party
