6 Week Series Restorative Yoga, Sound Healing, Aromatherapy & Reiki Healing Class

 Katie will guide the students into gentle restorative poses. While in the poses She will be offering Reiki Healing to help the body relax and settle into the pose. Jason will be weaving a tapestry of Sound healing throughout the entire class which will provide a space for the body to release and let go.
