Fundamentals of Sales & Use Tax- Navigating Local and out of State Taxes

This presentation covers the basic concepts of sales and use tax with a focus on Illinois’ rules. We will discuss return requirements (nexus), taxability of receipts, and when to pay use tax on purchases.
