Web: Discover, Explore, Train and Work: An Innovative Approach to Youth Engagement in the Trades

The Industry Training Authority in BC gives youth exposure to skilled trades careers starting in elementary school. Discover, Explore, Train and Work represent the four levels offered through the K-12 system across the province. We will share how students progress through the program and provide insights into youth career outcomes that result.
