Chef's Night at Second Harvest Food Bank

Kathleen Blake started cooking in her grandmother's kitchen growing up in Iowa. She moved to Orlando to take the position of Chef de cuisine at Primo at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes. In 2011 she opened the Rusty Spoon, a gastro pub in downtown Orlando which celebrates the Great Food and Pub Atmosphere; American Cuisine rooted in European Flavors.
