The NBCA Hall of Fame and the Andrew J. Young Foundation created the Andrew Emerging Leaders Institute to assist students attending HBCUs in developing their leadership skills with emphasis on understanding some of the entrepreneurial, social, economic, political trends and events that impact our livelihood.
