Scarborough's 11th Annual Rally to Keep Our Neighbors Warm fuel fundraiser includes delicious chili and chowdah prepared by the talented chefs at Bread & Butter Catering Company. Each 'heat and serve' quart of smoked brisket chili or haddock chowder serves two generous portions and comes with a side of cornbread.
