Check in Friday by 4 pm or Saturday by 7 am. 5 Samples ready for judges at 10:30 am. Provide your own table, tent, chairs, and etc. Will be judged on taste & presentation. *NO PRE-COOKED MEATS* Set up Camp & Cook all night in the DWRCC Lot. Security will be provided *Must maintain food Health Safety when Handling Meat!*
