Causes, Prevention, and Management of Stress and Inflammation
The presentation will describe the latest research on stress and inflammation, and will include the benefits and mechanisms of mind/body practices, acupressure massage, and heart healthy diet. The session will include 60 minutes of lecture and 30 minutes of experiential movement.
