Conversations that Matter

The purpose of this course is to inspire conversations about values. We will use guided meditations to examine how we think, act, relate to others and find meaning in our daily lives. Questions will be provided to facilitate self inquiry and reflection as we aim to understand ourselves and our values more deeply.
