One Day Birth Preparation - April 22, 2017
One day class covers the mother's physical and psychological changes, the process of labor, coping strategies for labor and delivery and post partum. Includes booklet to take home and continue online learning. Tour of Women's Health Pavilion included. Please bring a packed lunch for this class.
