Join CSI East Bay-Oakland Chapter for a presentation on the Los Angeles Federal Courthouse project and the “Drive to 35 EU”, which refers to the project’s ambitious Energy Use Intensity (EUI) target of no more than 35 Kbtu/sf*yr.
