Middle TN Special Education Transition Academy: "Planning for Life After High School" - Sept 27 & 28

Planning transition from High School for Students with Disabilities: This event will include presentations and information on Post-Secondary Education, Independent Living Options, Self-Advocacy, and Employment. As a part of the event, we will have an information fair with representatives from state and local agencies to assist students.
