Restaurants, Prepping for the Winter, marketing and operations considerations

Rescheduled from Nov 9th to Nov 16th. COVID-19 pandemic has forced restaurants to rethink their strategies, including how customers pay for their orders, operations, menus, staffing and marketing. We'll be taking a look at what's working and what hasn't been working for the past few months and look at what to focus on to help business into 2021.
